Body and energy work pairs well with all of our previously discussed foundations (see our previous blogs for more detail). Body and energy work encompass a range of modalities aimed at promoting harmony and restoring balance within the body, mind, and spirit. These practices recognize that physical health is not isolated from our energetic and emotional well-being. They focus on addressing imbalances, releasing blockages, and promoting the free flow of energy throughout the body.
